Why does not WATCHOUT update on my display computer?

Problem description:

  • I click "Update to matching software" but the Display Computer only reboots and keep on running an old version of WATCHOUT

Solution:

If your startup-script contains setting static ip-address it can mess up the update process on the display computer. In this case you have to temporarily run the script without these settings during the update and then change back to the previous settings when the update is completed.
